The third edition of Astroparty will be held on August 2 at the capital’s Regional Center for Contemporary Art Toplocentrala, the Photonics Design Bureau said.
The event includes a digitalized audio-visual talk on how stars are born with Dr. Nedislav Veselinov – aeronautical engineer, founder, manager and chief designer of the design bureau.
Around midnight, space enthusiasts will be able to observe the planet Saturn and star clusters with professional telescopes.
The organizer of the event, which aims to promote astronomy, is the team of the Sofia Planetarium.
The first two editions of Astroparty were about energy distribution in the Universe and black holes.
