The Ministry of Health is gradually putting in circulation a large number of free antigen tests, Minister Assen Medjidiev said on Tuesday in an interview for bTV. "Starting Wednesday, the people will have the opportunity to get the [COVID-19] vaccine wherever they please," Medjidiev added.
The Minister stated that starting August 15, GPs will be able to issue electronic referral letters for free tests. All regional health inspectorates will also offer free tests, even to people without referrals.
"I really hope that measures can be loosened even more next week, so that people can live their normal lives and go to work," Medjidiev said.
